1. Curves, which way do they shift?

Interacting with graphs to learn more about shifting curves

Students often think, “You said the curve shifts up. But, you shifted it to the right.” We′ll see that “shift up” and “shift right” mean the same thing by looking at a familiar graph: the Demand Curve.
